What we collect

When you run an audit we collect the website URL and the email address you provide. If you create an account or buy a service, we collect your name, email, and (via our payment provider) billing details. We log basic technical data such as IP address for security.

How we use it

To run your audit and send your report, to provide and improve our services, to process payments, and to contact you about your enquiry or account. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — they are handled directly by Stripe on their secure, PCI-compliant systems. We are the seller of record. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the price you see is the price you pay.

Third parties

We use Google (PageSpeed Insights, and Google Sign-In if you choose it), Cloudflare (hosting), Amazon Web Services (SES, email delivery, processed in the London region) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@theaudinator.com.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (for login sessions and security). We do not use advertising trackers.

Referral counts

If you arrive here from another website, your browser sends a small one-off signal to our server reporting the referring website address only — never the full link, never a search or conversation — together with the section of our site you landed on. We keep a count only when the referrer is an AI assistant (for example ChatGPT or Perplexity), so we can tell whether being cited by AI systems actually sends anyone here; every other referrer is discarded on arrival and never stored. What is kept is a daily total per assistant per section, held in our database for 90 days. It contains no cookie, no identifier, and nothing that could distinguish one visitor from another. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring, in aggregate, how visitors reach the site.
