By using theaudinator.com or purchasing our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The free audit

The audit tool is provided for information only, on an "as is" basis. Scores come from third-party tools (e.g. Google) and may vary. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

3. Services & payment

Paid services and subscriptions are described on our Services page. Prices are in GBP. One-time projects are billed upfront; care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

If we haven’t started work on a one-time project you may request a refund. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription payments already taken are non-refundable, but you can cancel future billing at any time.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely, lawful access to your systems and for the content of your website. You confirm you are authorised to grant us access to any accounts you share.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
